This Agreement entered into on this XX day of MONTH, between [ Insert Producer's Name ] (“The Producer ”) normally doing business at [ Insert Producer's Address ] and [ Insert Production Company Name ] (“Production Company”), normally doing business at [ Insert Production Company address ].

Whereas, the Parties intend to contract for the Production of [ Insert Title of Project ] and the hiring of the Producer to produce, oversee, and deliver the Film.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby mutually agree to as follows:  

1. Producer has been engaged to produce, oversee, and deliver a feature film entitled [ Insert Title of Project ], including all aspects of the film from development through to post production, including delivery. Services and fee schedule are described in Attachment 1, which is made part of this Agreement. All terms and conditions of Attachment 1 shall be binding, however if any conflict arises between Attachment 1 and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
2. The work to be performed under this Agreement shall be completed by [ Insert MONTH DAY, YEAR ]. The total sum of all charges for Producer services shall be $X,XXX [ Insert Rate ]. A payment schedule is detailed in Attachment 1. 
3. Production Company and Producer are contractors independent of one another...
